Robert C. Johnston

Bob was born in Dayton on December 4, 1952. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Duke University in 1975 and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1978. He was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1978 and is admitted to practice before the U.S . District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Miami County Bar Association (President 2003) and the Ohio State Bar Association

He served as an Assistant Miami County Prosecuting Attorney from 1981 to 1985. Bob practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, Business Law, Bankruptcy and Real Estate.
